Q: Where do you ship and how long does it take?
A: We ship throughout the US with 3D printed products being shipped from Connecticut and apparel shipping from various locations in the US. From the time of order, it takes approximately 4 business days for customers to receive products including the time to make products to order and ship them to the customer. Note that on any total order greater than $35, shipping for all 3d printed products will be free, but shipping for any apparel products will have shipping charges based on the rates of our fulfilment partners.
Q: Can you make custom prints?
A: Yes, we are open to making customized 3d printed products including various kinds of signs, or other products that can be personalized with a name or in other ways. We can also print products in custom colors we may not have listed on the store. Feel free to ask in our contact form and we will get back to you with a quote.
Q: How to returns work?
A: We provide a full money back guarantee for all products returned within 30 days in the condition they were received. Please reach out to us using our contact form and we will do our best to provide a refund or exchange.
