A: We ship throughout the United States with 3D printed products being shipped from Connecticut and apparel shipping from various locations in the US. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number, and it typically takes 1-3 days to go through the mail. Note that on any total order greater than $35, shipping for all 3d printed products will be free, but shipping for any apparel products will have shipping charges based on the rates of our fulfilment partners. For international customers, we do offer international shipping for our 3D printed products on our Etsy Shop.
Q: Are the toys safe for children?
A: Our products are designed for creative kids and kids at heart. Because some items have small parts, they are generally recommended for children ages 5 and up.
Q: Can you make custom prints?
A: Yes, we are open to making customized 3D printed products including various kinds of signs, or other products that can be personalized with a name or in other ways. We can also print products in custom colors we may not have listed on the store. Feel free to ask in our contact form or email.

A: Our 3d printed items are made to order using high-quality plastic filaments including PLA, PLA Silk, and PETG. These materials are commonly used to make many commercial items including trays, bags, water bottles, and more.

A: Yes! All of our 3D printed products are carefully made in our studio before being shipped.
